SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Acorn Professional Group does not provide shipping as a company policy incorporated into our official operations for this website. However, as we are able to, we do send deliveries out to clients located in Jamaica, and they will make payment on the courier charges to the courier that delivered their item’s. As best as is possible the rates below for customers living outside Jamaica will apply.
Especially for shipping in Jamaica we try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace.
Our prices listed here on this website are sometimes shown in local JMD currency, but most prices are in USD. All transactions will be handled in USD throughout the checkout experience.
Most orders are shipped using Tara Courier Services and can be tracked online at their Website.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 24 hours after you place them for those items that are in stock in our store.
The time it takes for your order to be delivered to you depends on your location (location in Jamaica, the Caribbean, and the rest of the world).
For items that are not in stock they will have to be special-ordered which typically takes 2-3 weeks for orders to get to us in store. Then shipping times from us to your location applies afterwards.
Orders are not typically shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or shipments to us have been delayed, our shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone, but also feel free to contact us.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Taxes (GCT in Jamaica) are automatically calculated upon item/s checkout.
Acorn Professional Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for orders outside of Jamaica. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, sales taxes, etc.).
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
In accordance with the Trade Act, a refund or replacement will be provided for all goods found to be faulty or misrepresented in any way.
Faulty or damaged products can be returned and/or exchanged by contacting us within 4 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you have your receipt for all returns, refunds and exchanges. Acorn Professional Group will cover postage for faulty and damaged items.
Acorn Professional Group does not cover for damage or misuse by the customer.
All other returns, exchanges and refunds need to be approved by Acorn Professional Group before being returned. All products must be unused, in original condition, with proof of purchase and within 7 days of purchase date. Returns, exchanges and refunds are at the customer’s cost and risk.
We will refund the full amount including the shipping charges for items which were returned due to a defect and also reimburse the customer cost of sending the item back to us after they provide the courier/postal receipt mentioning the amount incurred.
If the customer is looking for an exchange, then we will send the replacement copy if the stocks are available with us or the distributor/manufacturer/publisher. We will inform the customer and will mutually decide on the exchange or refund, depending on case to case basis.
SPEEDIER DELIVERY AND ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
